Warranty Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Flexx Pilates equipment. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer support. Please read the following warranty terms carefully.
1. Warranty Coverage

Frame Warranty: All reformers and equipment frames are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Parts Warranty: All other components, including springs, straps, wheels, and moving parts, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use and proper maintenance. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Flexx Pilates will repair or replace the defective part or component at our discretion.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper installation.

Normal wear and tear (including upholstery, foam padding, springs, straps, and wheels).

Damage resulting from use in a commercial setting unless explicitly sold as commercial equipment.

Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by unauthorised personnel.

Environmental damage, including corrosion due to humidity or outdoor storage.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim:

Contact us at hello@flexxpilates.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue.

Include clear photos or videos showing the fault.

We may request return of the faulty component for inspection.

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement part or provide repair instructions at no cost (shipping fees may apply).
5. Limitations of Liability
Flexx Pilates shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, time, or inconvenience. Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
6. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
7. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dorset, England.
